CIVIL MAINTENANCE WORK
  1. Site development including grading, gravel surfacing and drainage of plants. 
  2. Construction of concrete foundations. 
  3. Construction of access road within the Site and permanent fence around the Site. 
  4. Construction of cable trenches. 
  5. Pile driving, if required. 
  6. Construction of waste storage buildings with dumping pits, primary combustor buildings, sound-insulated primary and LTT turbine rooms, office, control room, workshops, lavatories and other utility rooms. 
  7. Construction of yard weigh-scale.
